- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Flour (sifted)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup farmers or white cheese
- Jam, Jelly , Marmalade of your choice.
- Blend 2 Eggs
- Add Milk, Water and Salt
- Sift in Flour while mixing
- Add Melted Butter
- Mix briskly with whisk, mixer, or blender.
- Pour out on pre-heated pan. Once top looks dry, flip it over. 15-30 seconds later remove from pan.
Filling 1:
- Mix Cheese with yolk, sugar and Vanilla.
You can eat these after filling them and rolling them up, or you can do what we do.
Heat up a Griddle or Large non-stick pan.
Add a generous tab of butter.
Fry the rolled up crepes in the butter until nice and browned on both sides.
Serve with sour cream, and sugar on top. You can also put jam/jelly, chocolate sauce, etc on top.
