Our favorite family weekend pancakes


  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 2/3 cup Flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter

  1. Mix egg and milk together in bowl.
  2. In separate bowl/measuring cup combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  4. Melt 2 to 3 Tbsp butter and mix in.
  5. Fry on ungreased non-stick griddle or non-stick pan.
