- 1 Egg
- 1 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 2/3 cup Flour
- 3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
- Mix egg and milk together in bowl.
- In separate bowl/measuring cup combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Melt 2 to 3 Tbsp butter and mix in.
- Fry on ungreased non-stick griddle or non-stick pan.
